Strong Roots Foundation (SRF) was established and registered in 2015 as a nonprofit charity organization in Kathmandu, Nepal. The prime purpose of this foundation is to provide access to early childhood education amongst the most vulnerable and marginalized children to establish strong foundation of education in Nepal. SRF creates opportunities through education for these children in areas where quality education remains a far fetched dream.
The overarching objective of Strong Roots Foundation can be summarized as follows
➤ To provide, access to early childhood education to vulnerable children through promoting and practicing it.
➤ To provide sponsorship to deprived children for their higher education.
➤ To improve literacy levels in the community through Mother’s classes.
➤ To empower the community by strengthening community engagement and imparting a sense of community ownership.
The mission of SRF is to uplift the economic and social conditions of the disadvantaged children and community by breaking the cycle of poverty caused by the lack of education.
Our foundation aims to enhance access to early childhood education for vulnerable children by promoting and practicing inclusive educational strategies.
